Life is an Olympic sport
I’ve been feeling motivated to write something about the physical level of survival in a body. Not resisting what is would be the most important tip to ease the bodies deterioration. Resistance equals heat and inflamation. Inflamation may be part of every element of disease.
On the physical level I have a few suggestions. 1. Eat light. It is the only proven path to longevity in test animals. 2. Exercise as much as you can. It relieves stress and creates a euphoria. 3. Grow and eat your own food. Gardening is the best way to get grounded, and eating your own grown food will heal your body. 4. Drink lots of good water every day. I sit in a low infrared sauna every day. It moves the water back out and takes toxins with it. It is very cleansing, and it creates a euphoria.(You can tell I am partial to euphoria or feeling good.)
Life is the time that we have before our death. It can be utilized best when we are healthy, strong and awake. Our chances of having an amazing experience in every moment are increased if we are at our best. The Olympic games start now. You are already signed up. Give it a go.
