Essence reading feed back

Here is an example of what is happening with my readings:

I first met Ken, just before my Translucent You retreat in April 2008.  I had no expectation and no alternative motive, just open to receive.  He picked out some flower essences for me and I used them over a period of time.  I was blessed with being on Kauai for approximately 4 months, and decided to continue this practice while there.  When I completed a bottle of flower essence I would then go see Ken and obtain another bottle.  What happened over this course of time seemed to be magical. While, I don’t pretend to understand the mechanism behind flower essences, I do accept its healing power and transformational properties I experienced.

When I first began using flower essence, I wasn’t fully aware why Ken picked out what he did or how it pertained to me.  To be honest I wasn’t even sure I would notice a difference.  However, over a few days, things began to become crystal clear.  I began to notice old hurts or emotions that I was unknowingly holding on to.  That alone was only part of the transformational process, but as we know the first step is awareness.  Not only did I begin to recognize these aspects of my life, I was able to detach from them for they no longer held significance for me.  After several bottles of flower essences, I began to have a genuine perspective about myself and life as a whole, one of happiness, one in which my heart felt expanded with gratitude and love.  With each essence I used the process was so subtle, like having a clay body mask and each part slowly falling away like little bits of a puzzle leaving me feeling refreshed and cleansed.  For me, using flower essences was a mystery and an awakening colliding.  That being said I leave you with a quote by Albert Einstein “The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science.”  Flower essence is in deed a mystery in the aspect I can not explain how it works, I just experience it and accept what it brings to me.  However, “The only source of knowledge is experience.”

Exciting essence

High there fellow practitioners.  A couple of things.  First, the Korte Phi Essences from Germany have made a come back.  I have their Rose collection, and it just never came up for people in my intuitive readings.  Things have changed.  Over the last few months to a year these essences have come up repeatedly and one in particular: Rosa rugosa - Apfelosen, Souvenir de Philmon Cochet rose.  Here is the interpretation:  “Real love requires a unity of mind, body and soul.  This rose helps establish that link, connecting the different energy levels.  Heart and mind merge so that love embraces our entire being.  Opens the door to higher vibrations.”

My interpretation is that the heart, in the body, must  ground our thinking.   The heart and soul can be the driver of the mind.  They guide it toward authentic loving acceptance.  If this essence is doing that, I am excited to use it and prescribe it.

Nioi

Known as “the atomic bomb of the Polynesian Kingdom”, Nioi(Cayenne Pepper) has come into my life and I want to share about it.   My body has gone through a respiratory flu bout that lingers.  Five days ago I figured that I may need conventional medicines to end the coughing, etc.  I intuitively went to my garden and asked whether there was anything there that could cure my body.  The strong answer was Nioi(Cayenne Pepper), there in the middle circle, two plants, beautifully hanging their red globes. I grew them as more of an ornamental contrasting plant, but had never done any more than run one over my lips.  Picking one, I could feel the life force pulsing and the end of it looked like a real dragon head, ready to shoot fire. I had forgotten the training I received from a Hawaiian herbal healer.  He said it was the number one warrior for healing.

Well, of course no one uses the stuff because it can be amazingly painful.  Although it is  painful to chew, I am witnessing fascinating positive reactions.  First day, my eyes stung for hours after I had eaten the pepper.  My nose unloaded.  Mouth was like a bomb went off.  Perspiration, panic and then I just road that first one out.  Whew.  The second day I only ate a half a pepper.  Third, I almost finished one.  Next two days, one each, and I’m sliding into a momentum of one a day for who knows how long.

Burning skin in the legs and stomach, intestinal clearing, and heat and perspiration are some of the obvious things that I’ve noticed.  Oh, I forgot.  The cough is 90% gone. I am convinced that Nioi is a powerful warrior herb for this body.  So, it seems that I will continue this one a day thing.  Checking it out on the web, I was blown away to read about the effects of Cayenne Pepper.  Cayenne has the ability to clear the blood, cure digestive problems and to help people who suffer from cold hands or feet. It alleviates inflammation and can break up the deposits that contribute to the pain of arthritis. It clears sinus congestion, conjunctivitis, and bleeding gums. Because it also has astringent qualities, it can stop bleeding and prevent swelling. A source of Vitamin C, it rejuvenates the entire body when energy is depleted.  Then there are the guys that are swearing a shot of cayenne tincture or tea will bring a person back from a heart attach.  Amazing stories about how it cures all heart or circulation issues.

So, time passes, the mouth burns and the dead rise.

The Mind

This category, “Deep Thoughts” has been a surprise to me.  I started a few months ago trying to fill in something, anything, that fit with deep thinking.  My own opinions on the relative value of the mind and thinking have seemed to create a bit of a stir.  I just got a  comment from Rick on many good uses of the mind, which deserves a response.  He is basically stating that he hears Human Design people saying the mind has no use. He offers, “It is my mind that feels my gut and my heart and puts those feelings into actions words and thoughts.”

What do you think about that my friends?  Get it?  Think about that.  IT IS ALL THINKING.  We are programed to evaluate everything by thinking.  Rick says it is his mind that is doing the feeling.  I’m sorry Rick, but you need to press the cosmic reset button and drop back into the You you are anyway.  That is not done by thinking.  I also totally get where you are coming from Rick.  I have been riding that road for most of this trip.  Now is a grand experiment in being ourselves.  If we would only stop thinking for just a moment.  I have spent a  life time of trying to be more worthy, to manifest more, to attract what i wanted and/or needed.  It has been a full time job.  The experiment now for me is turning in my resignation slip.  I give up.  I  allow what is to be. No more wishing, hoping and praying.

Feeling through my body.  Reminding myself that Consciousness, God, is all there is, and I AM THAT.  All that is left is silence.

A price to pay

Nine days ago I was a little sick, but not so sick that I couldn’t finish a series of blogs on the mind.  The body went down hill fast after that.  No medicines worked.  Sleepless nights.  Wow.  My companion throughout this period was my mind.  After just telling the world about how I don’t listen to it and that it is not my authority, it grabbed the upper hand.  Is there a price to pay for drawing the line in the sand regarding the mind????  It seems like the mind is the ultimate addiction in this life.  Trying to break it without any support structure is a job.  My only medicine was to not resist.  Let it kill me.  Something has died.  A peace or contentment has begun to take over.  No way to know what tomorrow will bring.  The good news is that some power has me in tow.  I surrender to that power.  What will be will be.
